How do I know what size to order?
Our stretch bracelets are designed to fit wrists up to 7.5" comfortably. To measure, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you'd normally wear a bracelet, then measure it against a ruler.

Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. Email cs@myfortecreations.com with the piece you're interested in and your wrist measurement, and we'll confirm what's possible.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped via USPS. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What if I need to return or exchange something?
We want you to love what you ordered. Unworn items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

How do I care for my gemstone jewelry?

Can I book a Make It & Take It Party?
Yes. Email cs@myfortecreations.com to book a private jewelry-making party for a birthday, shower, girls' night, or team event.
