Returns/Refunds

At Forte Creations, every piece is handcrafted, so we want you to feel confident wearing it.

**Exchanges & store credit.** If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at cs@myfortecreations.com. Unworn items in their original condition can be exchanged for a different size or style, or refunded as store credit.
 

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no restocking fee, ever.

Custom & personalized orders. Because these are made specifically for you, custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For our error, damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Processing time. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for an exchange or store credit to process. You'll get an email once it's complete.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
